Mohammad Abbas was born in 1978. Got his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Old Dominion University, VA, USA where he lived there for about 11 years. During his stay he also got a minor in Physical Education and got a few black belts in several martial arts styles and also learned Yoga and Aerobics then later became an instructor in them. He moved back to Jeddah in 2007 where he worked as an engineer during the day and as a fitness instructor at night in Gold's Gym Batterjee St. In March, 2009 he founded Legendary heroes martial arts academy and made about 60 competitions in many martial arts tyles including Saudi Arabia's first BJJ, Muay Thai, Kickboxing and MMA competitions plus several martial arts shows plus the first 12 hours spinning marathon in the middle east and the first BJJ marathon in the world, for 6 hours. He now moved to a new location in Amelkis Center where he opened a gym for martial arts, aerobics and yoga.


The gym is located in Amelkis Center right after Al Mashfa Hospital. The gate is at the back of the building, second floor. The gym is opened daily from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Kids classes in Marital Arts are on hourly basis and end at 8p.m. then adults classes in Martial Arts, Aerobics, Yoga and Spinning begin.
